RIDGEHAVEN PORTUGUESE WATER DOGS
Portuguese Water Dogs are intelligent, non-shedding, hypoallergenic, medium sized dogs who are people-oriented and long to be with their families. They do not do well when left alone for long periods of times and puppies can often be “busy”.
Water dogs get along great with children but you need to remember that they are dogs and will often consider the child as a litter mate who plays as rough as they do. It is important that you never let small children be left unsupervised with your dog(s)
Our dogs are firstly family pets and are also involved in conformation, agility, obedience and water work. They are naturally reared using a raw diet as nature intended.
NEW LITTER
Happy, healthy puppies born May 2009, went to their forever homes in August.
We will be breeding again in the early spring of 2010 and are currently accepting applicants.
